How online RSVP works
Guests open your invitation, tap RSVP and answer in under a minute: attending or not, who is coming, and any dietary needs or song requests you have chosen to ask for. Their reply lands in your dashboard straight away, with a running count of who has accepted, declined or not yet answered.
Set an RSVP deadline and the form closes itself on that date, so late replies come to you directly instead of slipping into the list after the caterer has your numbers.
Households, plus-ones and personal links
Add your guest list (by hand or by importing a spreadsheet) and each household gets its own personal link with the number of seats you have set for them. A family of four can reply for everyone at once, and a guest with one seat can’t add a surprise plus-one. Guest lists can hold up to 1,000 named invitations.
If you would rather share one general link, turn plus-ones on or off for everyone. Either way, the dashboard shows who has replied and who still needs a nudge.
What to ask guests
Keep the form short so people actually finish it. Attendance and party size are always included; dietary requirements and song requests are optional switches. If your caterer needs to know about allergies, switch on dietary requirements. If you have a band or DJ, the song request field fills the dance floor with tracks your guests chose.
Export for your caterer and planner
Download every response as a CSV file with names, attendance, party size, dietary notes and song requests. It opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers, ready to send to your venue, caterer or planner.
Templates with RSVP built in
Every template includes the RSVP form, styled to match the rest of the invitation.
