Pricing questions
- Is there a monthly subscription?
- No. You pay once — $149 for The Signature, or from $399 for The Bespoke — and your published invitation stays live for 12 months from the date of purchase. Nothing renews automatically, and there are no hidden fees or per-guest charges.
- What happens when our website ends?
- We email you 30 days before your website's end date, so you have time to download your guest list. There is nothing you need to do: once it ends, guests opening your link see only your names and date, RSVPs close, and nothing is deleted. You can still sign in and export your guest replies at any time.
- Can we try Aurelia before paying?
- Yes. Choosing a template, adding your details, photos and schedule, and previewing the whole invitation are free. You only pay when you publish and are ready to send the link to guests.
- Do we pay more for more guests?
- No. There are no per-guest charges: every plan includes unlimited RSVPs, and your guest list can hold up to 1,000 named invitations, so you can invite your whole family list without upgrading.
- What is the difference between The Signature and The Bespoke?
- The Signature includes any template and every guest feature: RSVP with dietary needs and plus-ones, maps, schedule, gallery, music and CSV export, and you set it up yourself. The Bespoke is designed with you: your website set up on your own domain, password-protected guest privacy, custom font pairings and a dedicated setup service.
- How do we order The Bespoke?
- The Bespoke is designed and built for you by our team. It starts from $399 and is priced for what you have in mind. Message us on WhatsApp at +84777467508 with your date and ideas, and we will take it from there. There is nothing to buy online first.
- Can we use our own domain name?
- Yes, with The Bespoke. You keep the domain you already own (or buy one from any registrar, such as oliviaandjames.com) and we set your website up on it. The domain stays in your name and you renew it with your registrar. With The Signature, your website lives at a private Aurelia link you can share anywhere.
- Which currency are prices in?
- Prices are in US dollars. Your card provider converts the amount to your local currency at checkout, so couples anywhere in the world can pay the same way.
- Does Aurelia collect wedding gifts or donations?
- No. The only payment on Aurelia is your one-time plan. We never collect, hold or pass on money between guests and couples, and we do not take donations. If you add gift information, such as a registry link, it is simply text or a link you add yourself, and any gift goes directly through that service, outside Aurelia.
